Technology can make everyday life easier, but only when somebody takes the time to explain it properly.

I provide patient, face-to-face technology training without rushing you or using confusing jargon. We work together on your own phone, tablet or computer so you learn with the device you will continue using afterward.

There are no silly questions. You can ask me to repeat something, write the steps down or show you again as many times as you need.

One-to-one and small-group training

Individual lessons allow us to concentrate entirely on what you want to learn. We can work at your kitchen table, business, farm or another suitable location.

Small-group training is also available for businesses, community groups and organisations. Lessons can be designed around the needs and existing experience of the people attending.

Learning by doing

I believe the best way to learn technology is to use it yourself.

I will not simply take your device and complete everything for you. I will explain each step and, where practical, encourage you to perform it yourself. This helps you understand what has happened and gives you the confidence to repeat it later.

You remain in control of your device, accounts and decisions.

I am based near Stanthorpe and provide technology training throughout the Granite Belt.

Where practical, I can come to your home, business or community venue. We can sit down in a comfortable environment, discuss what you want to achieve and work through it together in plain English.
